combination with the electric motors regenerative braking optimizes and keeps
the batteries in a constant state of charge. This new concept
is simple and similar to the charging alternator associated with the internal
combustion engine. What differentiates our solution from the other hybrid
electric vehicle producers is that our solution uses kinetic energy and
